We offer free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders. Our standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and these are usually delivered via a one-man courier or delivery company, unless stated otherwise in the delivery tab on product page. This means that orders are delivered to the door step or kerbside depending on the product(s) that have been purchased. If the delivery address that has been provided is an apartment or block of flats, in some cases due to insurance purposes the delivery driver will only be able to deliver to the lobby of the building. Therefore please be aware that if this would apply to you then we would advise arranging for someone to assist with moving the package(s) from the lobby to your premises on the day of delivery.

Special Delivery Requests
Whether you are working on a complicated project or require a specified delivery date, we are more than happy to accommodate any special delivery requests that you may have. We are also able to offer upgrades to our standard delivery service which may come at an additional cost. Upgrades can range from express deliveries, two man and room of choice services to assembly services plus many more. The additional costs can vary depending on the product so are supplied on application and may be subject to change.

Addresses Outside UK Mainland
There are products on our website that we can deliver to addresses outside the UK mainland at an additional cost, whether it is an offshore island, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or anywhere else in the world. If this is something that is of interest to you then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the item(s) and the delivery address that you are enquiring about. Please note that the additional costs can vary depending on the product(s) and delivery location so quotes are supplied on application and may be subject to change.
Due to the way in which our stock system updates, there may be some rare instances where an order is placed for an item that is sold out. If this occurred, we would contact you immediately to advise on a restock date and offer you some suitable solutions. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any restock dates or dispatch or delivery lead times on out of stock products.
Whilst it is rare, unfortunately damages to products can occur during the delivery process of an order. Any product damages must be reported to us within 72 hours of the delivery or collection of the order, and failure to do so may result in the claim being rejected.
When taking the delivery of an order, if you notice any of the outer packaging has been damaged in any way then please sign for the delivery as either damaged unchecked.

Unfortunately situations can arise which are beyond our control. We strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your any existing items or book any tradesmen or services until you have received your new products and they have been checked for damage.
